I need help
Hey,
6 months ago someone got into my account and started transferring items etc.. I quickly changed my password and everything was k, (I lost alot, but that don't really bothers me). But 2 weeks later my account got a permanent ban. I have send numerous support tickets explaining the problem, but it seems that guy used a third party program. And they didn't want to change my permanent ban. I was very upset because I have spend around 250 euros on guildwars, got every game (prophecies, factions, nightfall and eye of the north + many extra slots) and I descided to quit playing and wait for guildwars 2. But I want to start playing again, so contacted again support and again they don't want to change it back. I have never used a third party program. I have never given my password on sites. I have never done anything against the rules. Is there someone who can help me please, I asked for a phone number but they didn't gave any. Please help I was playing guildwars from the start, even was there with beta event and world preview events etc... This is just not fair. |

I doubt that there's anyone on here who can help you. And, frankly, we only have your word on it anyway.
If what you say is true, someone must have been using your account recently because I don't think they would ban you for something that happened 6 months ago. You are either using very obvious passwords, or someone (sibling, roommate, etc.) knows your password and/or where to look for it. Unless ANet support is willing to help you, you're screwed. |

So there isn't someone who I could contact or something instead of those stupid people from support ticket who just keep on saying the same thing.
I hate to be so irritating, but I really haven't done anything wrong. Isn't it possible for them to check the ip's in the logs? then they would have noticed it wasn't my ip that did it. |
